• Live demo of bot scanner utility (covering best practices) to ascertain migration readiness. This included how to interpret the bot scanner summary i.e. which bots can be migrated with or without review, if a migrated bot review is required then how to find the exact line number in the respective bot. This helps customers drawing up an accurate plan w.r.t. time and resources for the migration journey and track execution.
• Deep dive into the running of cloud migration utility for migrating control room data. In-depth understanding of pre and post- requisites for using cloud migration utility along with recommendations to ensure that the control room data migration is finished without disrupting production schedules.
• Deep dive into leveraging bot migration wizard in the A360 platform to convert legacy bots (v10/v11 .atmx files) to the new A360 format bots. This included how to perform phase-wise migration of bots, understand how to interpret the migration summary report, and ensuring that the legacy bots are converted to A360 compatible bots.
• Deep dive into bot functional validation of a legacy (v10/v11) bot and the corresponding A360 bot. This includes running the A360 migrated bot and comparing the outcome with the legacy bot to ensure that functional parity is maintained in migrated bots.
